We abide by all rules of social network conduct as mandated by Facebook, Twitter, Google and other channels. e.g in case of Twitter your tweet blast cannot be larger than 140 chars as required by the application

Facebook provides us with answers for the search querries we provide. Due to increased privacy laws, it requires your prospects to authenticate you to write on their wall, read public profile info etc. How can I get alias Domain?

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a security protocol that provides communications privacy and authentication for planetRE Socialite™. SSL Based Encryption ensures enhanced privacy and data security. It helps in server and client identity authentication as well as prevents phishing attacks.
What is SSO? How does it benefit me?
SSO stands for Single Sign-On functionality which is inbuilt with all planetRE Applications. It allows you to easily switch between planetRE Socialite, Compliance, Money without the trouble of logging into each Application separately. You are asked for login id and password once and can use any planetRE Application without logging in during the current session. We will be launching some very cool features over next few weeks. So stay tuned !
How can I configure the time zone and base currency for my company?
You can configure settings through 'Administration' tab displayed on Home Page (coming soon)
