How are new users subscribing to planetRE Money App setup?

When an existing Intuit Quickbooks user subscribes to planetRE money app, user gets landed on money page. A new temporary company is created and user is added as owner of the company. User has to send request to technical team to do commission setup. Once the setup is done temporary company is changed to regular company and user can access the activated features of Money application.

How do you invite agent/staff to use planetRE Money App?

Once brokerage account is setup, you can add users to the application as follows :

1. The app owner invites the user via the Share button and specify the role of user

2. After inviting an invitation mail will be sent to the invited user.

3. Then under Manage setup & operations in QuickBooks Synchronization section click on Synchronize User information link. All the invited users will be imported to the money system and mapping will be done for Single Sign On.

4. The new user accesses the federated app for the first time, getting a clone of the app.

How do you Import Users to planetRE Money Application?

Under Manage setup & operations in QuickBooks Synchronization section click on Synchronize User information link. This will import all the users added into planetRE money App, to Money application and mapping for SSO (single Sign On) will be done. Next time the user new user accesses the federated app for the first time he will be landed in to money system.

How do you Synchronize Data to IDS?

Data flow between PlanetRE money and IDS:


Under manage setup & operations tab in QuickBooks synchronization section click on Manage QuickBooks Synchronization link. Select transactions to be synced and click on synchronize button.
The transaction details such as
1. Gross Commission
2. All Fees deducted in transaction
3. Agent’s Net Commission
4. Company’s Share of the Commission will be synchronized to the realm of the app in IDS.

How do you Import data from IDS to QB desktop ?

US versions of QuickBooks 2009 R9 and later can be synched up to IDS using the Intuit Data Synch Manager. The business profile associated with the application is subsequently associated with one of the IDS realms that the app owner has access to. The association between a business profile in App Center and the realm in IDS allows the data flow between the App Center app and the realm, and ultimately the desktop QuickBooks company.
