Transaction coordinator is a person who is hired or contracted by the broker or agent, for managing the back-end work related to transactions in the office. Transaction coordinator’s typical duties include, maintaining the file to make sure that all the required paperwork is completed on a transaction, ordering reports, scheduling inspections, etc.

On planetRE, a transaction coordinator is a person, nominated by a broker owner or an office manager, to whom all or some of the tasks and/or transactions are delegated.

Who is considered an Office Administrator on planetRE?
On planetRE, an Office Administrator is a person, nominated by a broker or an office manager, to make sure that the Listing Folders and Transaction Folders have all the required paperwork. If the broker or manager has nominated a Transaction Coordinator, nomination of an Office Administrator is optional.
