An inspection of the property and land surrounding it can reveal an encroachment from neighboring property. Also a preliminary title report issued by the title company, as well as a detailed property boundary survey can reveal encroachments. | |

Some of the most common encroachments are walls, driveways, garages, trees, fences etc. that intrude from one property onto another property. If the encroachment is unacceptable to the owner, the owner can consult an attorney to find out his/her rights. | |
