What is an easement?
Easement is the right, stated in the deed, that belongs to someone other than the property's owner. For example, a neighbor's right to use a driveway, the right of power company trucks to use roads on the property to access their lines, etc.

Where can I find information on Easements?
When the agent orders the Title Policy on the property, title company issues a Preliminary Title Report. Among other information, this report also contains information on easements on the property.
